The project is inspired by the typology of agricultural farmhouses on the banks of the Loire to create a building with a familiar language in its location context.

The structure is made of reinforced concrete, the gable cladding is highlighted by the use of an industrial material used in the agricultural world, the polychromy refers to a monochrome of sand from the region. Numerous gardens and patios are integrated for a daily stroll helping residents maintain a relationship with time.
